In its continuous pursuit of achieving sustainable development goals, and believing in the importance of education as a driver for development and progress, Misr Fertilizers Production Company (MOPCO) has been keen to play an active role in building an educated and aware generation. The company has eased the burden on families in the Senaniya area of Damietta Governorate, bringing hope to more than 1,200 students from 12 primary and preparatory schools whose economic conditions were an obstacle to continuing their education.
Receipts for payment were handed over to the Deputy Minister of Education in Damietta, under the auspices of the Ministry of Social Solidarity, and in the presence of the Assistant Vice President for Government Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility, as well as a delegation from the Ministry of Education's Community Engagement Department. Coordination was also made with the Manar Al-Sabeel Association, which collaborates with MOPCO to provide winter aid to the most needy families, contributing to improving quality of life, reducing economic pressures, and enhancing social solidarity in the community.
