MOPCO Completes its Contributions to the Development of the Specialized Center for Heart and Gastroenterology - Damietta.

As a continuation of the support and cooperation system with the Specialized Center  for Heart and Gastroenterology in Damietta, Mopco has donated to purchase a number of modern devices that are not available elsewhere in Damietta Governorate to develop the endoscopy unit in the center, which is  the  water pump, the CO2 gas insufflator   devices which is used for cases of esophageal stenosis and lower esophageal muscle spasm , as well as  the Argon + Erbe vio 200 D device, which is used in the treatment of cases of bleeding gastric and duodenal ulcers  and laparoscopic removal of gastric and colonic tumors through the third vacuum technique.

This cooperation came to represent a direct support to  the health sector  and  low-income patients  by raising the efficiency of medical services provided to patients, providing the center with modern equipment that keeps pace with the global development  in the techniques of laparoscopic and gastrointestinal surgeries,  and enabling the hospital's doctors  to have practical training on the latest medical technologies, in addition to achieving the sustainable development goals, especially Goal III (Good Health and Well-being), Goal IV (Quality Education), Goal IX (Industry and Innovation), and finally Goal XVIII (Partnerships to Achieve the Goals).
